- At least 1 year general office or administrative experience

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, assist with resident inquiries, and provide accurate, timely recommendations
- Coordinate resident transportation services, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring accurate billing
- Manage all incoming/outgoing packages, mail, messages, deliveries, and luggage
- Maintain updated local information and assist residents with tickets, reservations, and curated suggestions
- Use community software to document services and ensure proper billing
- Support business center and lobby operations as needed
