Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year receptionist or concierge experience
  • At least 1 year general office or administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with computer software applications

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality, assist with resident inquiries, and provide accurate, timely recommendations
  • Coordinate resident transportation services, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring accurate billing
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing packages, mail, messages, deliveries, and luggage
  • Maintain updated local information and assist residents with tickets, reservations, and curated suggestions
  • Use community software to document services and ensure proper billing
  • Support business center and lobby operations as needed
