This full-time role is located onsite at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, situated in the vibrant community of Aurora, Colorado. Job Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience
- Availability to work full-time day shifts
- Onsite work required with no remote or hybrid option
- Ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity for critical thinking and decisive judgement
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred

Job Duties
- Receives, screens, routes, and responds to incoming requests and needs from patients and visitors
- Oversees the volunteer staff at the information desk
- Establishes good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinates transport assistance as requested or necessary
- Exercises critical thinking skills and decisive judgement
- Works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Takes appropriate action responding to customer needs
