Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation reservations dry cleaning
  • follow up to ensure guest satisfaction with special requests
  • gather summarize and provide information to guests about property amenities and local area activities
  • answer record and process guest calls messages requests questions or concerns
  • contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
  • review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • monitor club lounge for seating availability service safety and guest well-being
  • report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager and complete safety training
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guests service needs including assisting individuals with disabilities
  • maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • communicate professionally using clear language and telephone etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • stand sit or walk for extended periods during shifts
  • move lift carry push pull place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
