- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality or guest services
- excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hospitality principles and procedures
- strong knowledge of hotel facilities and local restaurants, spas, entertainment venues, shows, tours, shopping
- experience working with high profile guests with discriminating expectations
- ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong analytical skills
- ability to prepare reports and documents in a timely manner
- outstanding interpersonal skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- fluency in two or more languages preferred
Job Duties

- maintains positive guest relations at all times
- anticipates guests’ needs and responds promptly
- works with Front Office staff to deliver sought after guest experiences
- greets guests cordially using their names when possible
- provides information about dining, shows, tours, spas, sporting events, entertainment, shopping, and transportation
- maintains familiarity with local amenities to advise guests
- establishes and maintains contacts with local businesses
- makes and confirms reservations
- arranges transportation
- coordinates with other departments
- provides local and international newspapers
- arranges bicycles for guests
- handles guest shipments
- reviews guest logs and VIP information
- resolves guest concerns proactively and diplomatically
- ensures Concierge area is clean and tidy
- reports maintenance issues
- ensures billing accuracy
- completes shift checklist
