Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service and clerical experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Knowledge of multiple phone line operations and phone etiquette
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming, professional manner
  • Answer internal/external telephone calls promptly and professionally
  • Apply safety, security, and emergency procedures correctly
  • Monitor and direct building entry and exit following check in and out procedures
  • Communicate positively and regularly with residents
  • Update resident roster daily and collect charges
  • Provide administrative support to Department Heads, Business Office Manager, and Executive Director
  • Keep front desk organized and clean
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
