Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months customer service and clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Knowledge of multiple phone line operations and phone etiquette
- Strong communication and organization skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming, professional manner
- Answer internal/external telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Apply safety, security, and emergency procedures correctly
- Monitor and direct building entry and exit following check in and out procedures
- Communicate positively and regularly with residents
- Update resident roster daily and collect charges
- Provide administrative support to Department Heads, Business Office Manager, and Executive Director
- Keep front desk organized and clean
- Assist with other duties as assigned
