Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Windows, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards
- Willingness to participate in required training and team activities
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test, background check, and physical evaluation
- Compliance with vaccination requirements as applicable

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents and extend a warm welcome
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors
- Greet potential job candidates and assist in the recruitment process
- Answer incoming calls promptly with appropriate greeting and transfer as needed
- Take and communicate messages accurately
- Provide community information and overview to callers
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well and sympathy cards as appropriate
- Order flowers and guest meals for resident move-in events
- Create and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support Director of Sales with inquiry calls and lead tracking
- Maintain cleanliness and refreshments in the Bistro area and ensure a pleasant atmosphere
- Follow safety and risk management protocols including emergency response and resident safety measures
- Maintain accurate records such as resident and team member rosters, meal tickets, and logs
- Perform administrative duties including mail distribution and office supply management
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement programs
