Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hospitality or similar customer-facing experience

- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a friendly and professional tone and provide prompt assistance
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and emails
- Deliver exceptional concierge and business services, guiding members to club destinations
- Inform members about club services, events, and amenities
- Assist with member communications including social media, newsletters, and event announcements
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to promote engagement and retention
- Support member experience initiatives and promote club offerings
- Manage reservations for dining and club programs
- Confirm member reservations proactively
- Oversee dining reservations ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations
- Promote upcoming events and assist with event registrations and follow-ups
- Update website calendars and manage message-on-hold systems
- Document all member interactions in the M360 system
- Create and update events on the MemberFirst platform
- Prepare personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
- Maintain up-to-date member profiles including preferences and special dates
- Communicate member allergies and dietary restrictions to the restaurant team
- Keep the lobby, workstation, and front areas clean and welcoming
- Ensure supplies are adequately stocked
- Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and a commitment to excellence
- Adhere to safety guidelines and encourage compliance
- Pursue personal and professional growth and maintain certifications
- Resolve challenges collaboratively with regional and corporate teams
- Attend daily briefings and actively engage in team activities
