Job Requirements

  • No prior related work experience required

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with special requests
  • Provide guests with information about the property, amenities, special events, and surrounding area
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training
