Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with special requests
- Provide guests with information about the property, amenities, special events, and surrounding area
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Coordinate with appropriate departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training
