Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to learn new software applications
  • Must comply with community safety and health protocols
  • Successful completion of background check, drug test, and health screenings
  • Covid-19 and Influenza vaccinations may be required where mandated
  • Ability to perform physical and administrative tasks associated with the role

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee community entry area and welcome visitors, guests, and residents
  • Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to assist prospective residents and families
  • Greet potential job candidates and assist with recruitment application and tracking
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls promptly with proper greeting
  • Take and communicate messages accurately
  • Provide community overviews to callers and direct calls appropriately
  • Manage appointments for residents and families
  • Send get well and sympathy cards as needed
  • Order flowers and name plates for new residents
  • Create and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
  • Support Director of Sales with inquiry calls and lead tracking
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk and bistro area
  • Monitor cleanliness and refreshments in the bistro
  • Ensure continuous music playback
  • Follow community safety protocols and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain resident and team member rosters for emergency procedures
  • Ensure guests and residents sign in and out properly
  • Perform administrative duties including updating phone lists, meal ticket management, mail distribution, supply monitoring, and paycheck dispersal
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training
  • Uphold Sunrise’s Principles of Service and Core Values
