  • minimum of 1 year of receptionist or concierge experience
  • at least 1 year of general office or administrative experience
  • excellent telephone and in-person communication skills

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional hospitality, assist with resident inquiries, and provide accurate timely recommendations
  • coordinate resident transportation services, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring accurate billing
  • manage all incoming/outgoing packages, mail, messages, deliveries, and luggage
  • maintain updated local information and assist residents with tickets, reservations, and curated suggestions
  • use community software to document services and ensure proper billing
  • support business center and lobby operations as needed
