Job Duties

  • Respond to special guest requests such as transportation, reservations, and laundry services
  • Handle special needs guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide guests with detailed information about hotel amenities and local events
  • Manage all guest communications, including calls, messages, and inquiries
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve guest requests and issues
  • Review shift logs and daily memos, documenting pertinent information
  • Monitor seating availability, safety, and guest comfort in the club lounge
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions and participate in safety training
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Greet and anticipate guest needs, assisting guests with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, maintain accurate records and phone protocol
  • Foster positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting light objects
  • Execute other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
