Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- make arrangements or identify appropriate providers
- respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
- follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- gather and provide information about property and local area amenities
- answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
- review shift logs and document information
- monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, and safety
- report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
- complete safety training and certifications
- follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- protect company assets and confidentiality
- greet and acknowledge guests per standards
- anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- assist guests with disabilities
- thank guests with genuine appreciation
- communicate clearly and professionally
- prepare and review written documents accurately
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive relationships with team members
- support team goals
- listen and respond to employee concerns
