Job Duties

  • Provide all residents, guests and visitors exceptional customer service
  • learn and know all residents by name
  • greet all residents and visitors and provide information about the property
  • be responsive to inquiries and direct visitors appropriately
  • assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests
  • arrange for property tours
  • answer telephones and relay messages professionally
  • display knowledge of property services and programs
  • manage mail meter, stamps, copies, and office operations
  • record receipt of packages and notify residents
  • handle business center requests such as photocopying and faxing
  • process incoming mail accurately
  • complete opening and closing duties
  • take reservations for dining rooms, activities, and transportation
  • record maintenance work order requests and deliver timely
  • monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls
  • maintain Resident Notice Binder
  • arrange valet car parking and retrieval
  • fulfill personal concierge requests
  • maintain reception area neat and orderly
  • ensure signage accuracy and lobby literature is current
  • perform clerical duties as directed
  • update marketing packets
  • respond to resident concerns and provide support for marketing efforts
  • communicate resident condition changes
  • maintain safe environment
  • encourage teamwork
  • support positive professional image
  • perform other duties as assigned
