Job Requirements
- High school or better
- 1 year of experiencing performing concierge or guest relations work activities
- food handler certificate
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- food handler certificate
- intermediate hosting skills
- advanced customer service skills
- intermediate communication skills
Job Duties
- Performs all guest greeting and escorting, cleaning and sanitation, shift changing and closing, and restocking work activities in accordance with requirements outlined in the Concierge Manual, IDPRP manual, and management directives
- greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and any special requests
- provide information about the restaurant's offerings, including menus, special events, and promotions
- act as a liaison between guests and restaurant staff to ensure smooth communication and service
- handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- maintain a neat and organized lobby area, including keeping brochures and promotional materials up to date
- collaborate with other departments to coordinate special arrangements for guests, such as private dining or event bookings
- anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience
- stay informed about local attractions, special events, and transportation options to provide recommendations and assistance to guests
- answers telephone, processes and tracks reservations in OpenTable according to established procedures
