Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office and Sunrise-specific platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work the specified part-time schedule every other Friday and Sunday
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards including wearing personal protective equipment
- Commitment to participate in required training and compliance procedures
- Completion of pre-employment drug screening and health testing as mandated by Sunrise Senior Living policies
Job Qualifications
- High School degree/GED
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage both external and internal telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Provide an overview of community information to inquiries and support sales and executive directors
- Assist in the recruitment process by welcoming candidate inquiries and recording applicant information
- Oversee the Bistro area, maintaining cleanliness, refreshments, and ambiance
- Ensure community safety protocols are followed and contribute to risk management efforts
- Perform various administrative duties including data entry, appointment scheduling, mail distribution, and record maintenance
