Job Duties
- Provide high-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients
- assist with social media
- answer incoming calls and route as appropriate
- support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Executive Director
- act as customer service contact for questions and concerns
- ensure a clean and presentable office space at all times
- assist with all special projects
- perform other duties as assigned
