Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Honesty, fairness, and dependability
- Respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
- Must practice and promote Meridian policies and procedures, mission statement, core values, and founding principles
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner in person and over the phone
- Answer telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general information to residents, family members, visitors, and employees
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and community events
- Uphold and promote Meridian Senior Living's policies, mission statement, core values, and founding principles
