Job Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during difficult situations

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College level courses in business and hospitality preferred
- One or more years of hospitality experience preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service including conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- Intermediate command of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Multiple language fluency is desirable but not necessary
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests upon entry
- Respond to requests, questions, and other needs
- Make reservations and provide recommendations to restaurants, bars, and clubs
- Document issues or transactions as needed
- Develop an understanding of association policies and escalation procedures
- Answer phones promptly with professionalism
- Keep track of activity logs and incident reports for property management
- Escalate concerns to the property manager for immediate resolution
- Monitor emergency response systems and electronic security controls
- Ensure safety precautions and procedures are followed
- Log packages and track them until delivery or pickup
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
