Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience answering telephones or in customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to interact tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Honesty, fairness, dependability, respect confidentiality and rights of others
- Practice and promote company policies, mission, core values, and founding principles
- Meet health requirements and pass background checks
Job Qualifications
