Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months customer service and clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Knowledge of multiple phone line operations and proper phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, squat, kneel, push, pull, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive movements including grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Ability to sit constantly with occasional standing and walking

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming, professional manner
- Answer internal/external telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Apply safety, security, and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of residents and staff
- Monitor and direct entry and exit of the building while enforcing check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain daily resident rosters and collect resident charges such as meal tickets and store purchases
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Department Heads, Business Office Manager, and Executive Director
- Keep the front desk organized, neat, and clean
- Assist with additional duties assigned by the Business Office Manager
