  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors and residents warmly
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages
  • Support the Director of Sales with initial inquiry calls and lead tracking
  • Maintain the front desk and Bistro cleanliness and restock refreshments
  • Partner with team to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Update and organize administrative records and assist with recruitment data entry
  • Participate actively as a team member and attend required training sessions
