Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Commitment to safety procedures including use of personal protective equipment
- Willingness to participate in required health testing and vaccination as mandated
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow business control procedures

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors warmly
- Manage incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages
- Assist Director of Sales and Executive Director with resident and family inquiries
- Support the recruitment process by engaging potential candidates and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Support sales and marketing by managing marketing materials and move-in packets
- Update and maintain resident rosters, logs, and various administrative documents
- Ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement programs
