Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Current or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and make responsible decisions in emergency situations

Job Duties
- Welcome and direct all residents and guests of the community
- Answer resident questions
- Address simple resident needs
- Monitor the emergency response and other community systems
- Receive and direct all incoming calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents and staff
