Job Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Six months to one year of relevant front desk or receptionist experience
- Basic competency in use of multiple forms of technology
- Senior living experience a plus
- Hotel experience a plus

Job Duties
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
