Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in a senior housing environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in basic clerical and administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors
- Perform clerical tasks such as managing correspondence and directing phone calls
- Coordinate resident activities and manage support requests
- Interact with residents and families in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and helpful presence in accordance with The Sterling Touch® service standards
- Assist with administrative duties under the direction of the Business Office Manager
- Ensure high resident satisfaction through timely and effective communication
