Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred
  • Ability to read, write and understand English
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience in a senior housing environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in basic clerical and administrative tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors
  • Perform clerical tasks such as managing correspondence and directing phone calls
  • Coordinate resident activities and manage support requests
  • Interact with residents and families in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful presence in accordance with The Sterling Touch® service standards
  • Assist with administrative duties under the direction of the Business Office Manager
  • Ensure high resident satisfaction through timely and effective communication
