Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a medical setting
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software
- Ability to use internet applications, faxing, and copying
- Occasional availability including evenings and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
- Record and report resident care updates, department changes, and incidents during shift handoff
- Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
- Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors
- Monitoring of Resident Safety System (Arial) and security cameras
