Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- successful completion of all Atria specified training programs
- ability to read and write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math operations with two digit numbers and tens and hundreds
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to work various schedules and shifts
- ability to operate telephone and emergency call system and related office equipment

- ability to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board, beeper, and photocopier
Job Duties
- Serves as point of contact for all resident requests and telephone calls except emergencies
- coordinates services for residents and their family members including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, dinner reservations, and transportation
- maintains high standards of customer service by meeting new residents and addressing concerns
- answers questions regarding local stores and services
- ensures lobby and common areas are clean and welcoming, including ordering fresh floral arrangements and monitoring maintenance needs
- coordinates the community transportation schedule including medical appointments and social outings
- serves as liaison between dining room and residents by managing meal reservations and event RSVPs
- may supervise front desk reception staff and drivers and provide coverage as needed
- may drive company vehicle to various destinations as required
- may perform other duties as assigned
