Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must have a friendly and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff members
  • Greet and warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their destination
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the facility’s front desk and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Coordinate transportation services for residents as needed
  • Assist with organizing and planning resident events and activities
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the facility’s services, amenities, and policies
  • Keep track of packages and deliveries for residents and staff members
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager
