Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work for long periods without sitting
- Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience, preferably in senior housing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
- Basic clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Familiarity with community service standards or hospitality environment
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors
- Perform clerical tasks including correspondence distribution and phone call management
- Coordinate community activities and events
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous assistance in accordance with The Sterling Touch® standards
- Interact effectively with residents, family members, employees, and vendors
- Report to the Business Office Manager and adhere to community policies and procedures
- Manage requests and facilitate communication among community stakeholders
