Job Requirements
- CNA certification
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, families, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- coordinate non-clinical resident services such as transportation, dining reservations, event sign-ups, and personal requests
- maintain a clean and welcoming lobby or front desk area
- answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- support new resident orientation and transition
- handle resident requests and concerns, escalating when necessary
- maintain logs, documentation, and reports as required
- assist with administrative tasks and scheduling
