Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols
- Must complete and pass required health screenings and drug test
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extending warm welcomes and ensuring safety protocols are in place
- Contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to assist prospective residents, families, or visitors with minimal wait times
- Greet potential job candidates and assist in the recruitment process by directing them to apply online or entering their information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming telephone and resident calls promptly with appropriate greetings and transfer calls as needed
- Take and communicate accurate messages to intended recipients
- Provide community overviews to callers and direct them to relevant contacts
- Manage appointments for residents and family members, including hairdresser and transportation scheduling
- Send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families as appropriate
- Order flowers, name plates, and guest meals for new resident move-ins
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventories
- Support sales and marketing efforts by handling initial inquiries and assisting with lead tracking database entry
- Keep the front desk and Bistro areas clean, organized, and stocked with refreshments
- Ensure music plays throughout the day
- Monitor safety and risk management by promoting compliance with health and safety regulations and practicing safety procedures including use of PPE and emergency protocols
- Maintain resident and team member rosters and emergency schedules
- Enforce safe leaving programs and sign-in/out procedures
- Update and manage various administrative logs and records, including resident contact lists, meal tickets, mail distribution, and office supplies
- Assist with team member paycheck tracking and distribution
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with mandatory training and regulatory requirements
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
