- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service setting preferred
- prior experience working in senior living or other healthcare environment is preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the general public
- compassion and desire to work with the elderly

Job Duties
- Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, and employees
- answer telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver accurate messages
- distribute resident and office mail
- fax and photocopy documents as requested
- assist with maintenance of files as needed
- maintain front desk and lobby areas, ensuring they are clean and free from clutter
