Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience
  • proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • capable of handling emergencies
  • availability to work weekends and flexible schedules
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • experience with administrative duties
  • familiarity with building management or senior living communities a plus
  • ability to work weekends and flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for residents
  • answer a multiline telephone, screen and direct calls
  • greet guests and residents entering the building and direct to correct destination
  • respond and address any resident concerns during shift
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • schedule appointments
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • carry out emergency procedures during shift
  • be knowledgeable and successful using the BILD sales system
  • run or oversee weekend activities
  • notify Executive Director of emergency situations
  • note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
  • perform other duties assigned by Executive Director
