Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Complete assigned security schedule while maintaining community security
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational and individual satisfaction
- Accept delivery packages, log them, and notify residents of receipt
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist management with projects and assignments
