Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors warmly
- Manage incoming calls and messages efficiently
- Assist with the recruitment process and capture candidate information
- Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere in the Bistro area
- Support sales and marketing with resident move-in preparations
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Update administrative records and assist with office tasks
