Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors warmly
  • Manage incoming calls and messages efficiently
  • Assist with the recruitment process and capture candidate information
  • Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere in the Bistro area
  • Support sales and marketing with resident move-in preparations
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Update administrative records and assist with office tasks
