Job Duties
- Ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service
- acting as a point of contact for residents and guests
- addressing and coordinating various resident and guest requests such as arranging transportation, providing information about property amenities, giving directions to local attractions
- assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property
- receiving and distributing packages, dry-cleaning, documents, and other items
- following security protocol by checking in/out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property
- performing other duties as assigned
