Job Duties

  • Ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service
  • acting as a point of contact for residents and guests
  • addressing and coordinating various resident and guest requests such as arranging transportation, providing information about property amenities, giving directions to local attractions
  • assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property
  • receiving and distributing packages, dry-cleaning, documents, and other items
  • following security protocol by checking in/out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property
  • performing other duties as assigned
