Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year relevant experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must demonstrate empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including part-time or full-time
- Commitment to the mission of enhancing seniors’ lives with kindness and integrity
Job Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrated passion for serving seniors and commitment to their well-being
- Ability to multitask and take direction on multiple responsibilities
- Empathy and caring attitude toward residents and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with standard office technology and communication tools
Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently
- Coordinate and provide information about community activities and services
- Assist residents with inquiries and support to enhance their experiences
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment in common areas
- Support administrative tasks including record keeping and scheduling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure resident satisfaction
