Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet and interact warmly with residents and visitors
- Experience in managing phone systems and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in computer data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Pass a drug test, tuberculosis test, and physical evaluation as condition of employment
- Compliance with Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination requirements where mandated
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various administrative responsibilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors upon arrival
- Manage external and internal calls promptly and courteously
- Take and communicate messages accurately
- Provide community information to inquiries in support of the Director of Sales and Executive Director
- Assist the Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee with recruitment processes
- Perform computer data entry and general administrative duties
- Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, cleanliness, and music create a pleasant atmosphere
