Job Requirements
- High School degree or GED
- proven customer service experience
- proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- ability to learn new software
- commitment to safety procedures and compliance
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- physical ability to maintain front desk and Bistro areas
- availability to participate in required training
- willingness to complete pre-employment drug test and health screenings
- must comply with COVID-19 and influenza vaccination mandates as applicable
- reliable and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- proven customer service experience and skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Sunrise-specific software
- ability to learn new computer applications quickly
- effective communication skills both verbal and written
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- good judgment and decision-making skills
- accurate record keeping
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors and residents with a warm welcome and safety protocols
- contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to facilitate meetings with prospective residents and families
- greet potential job candidates and direct them to apply online or enter their information into the Applicant Tracking System
- answer and manage incoming telephone calls promptly with appropriate greetings and message taking
- provide community overviews to callers and manage appointment scheduling for residents and families
- send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families as needed
- maintain and order marketing, move-in supplies, and front desk materials
- keep front desk and Bistro areas clean, stocked, and inviting
- manage safety compliance including resident and team member emergency rosters, respond to emergencies per policies, and monitor entry and exit points
- support administrative functions such as updating resident rosters, handling meal tickets, organizing mail, assisting with recruitment data entry, and tracking office supplies
- actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
- maintain compliance with all required training and safety programs
- perform other duties as assigned
