- minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or related administrative experience
- ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and organized customer business center
- coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
- follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
- greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
- assist with reservations and provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flights
- maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
