Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent certificate or bronze level WorkKeys certification
  • minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or related administrative experience
  • ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable
  • strong communication skills in written and verbal form
  • ability to operate a multiline telephone
  • ability to maintain professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean and organized customer business center
  • coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
  • follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
  • greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
  • assist with reservations and provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flights
  • maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
