Job Duties

  • greet all guests in a friendly warm and welcoming manner in person or over the phone
  • create a welcoming environment as the first contact guests have when entering the community
  • assist residents and visitors with information and inquiries
  • manage the reception area to maintain order and professionalism
  • coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with community staff
  • support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
  • represent the community’s values through exceptional customer service
