Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to safety protocols and occupational health standards
- Completion and passing of drug and health screenings as required
- Compliance with vaccination mandates based on legal requirements
- Completion of required training and certifications
- If applicable, signed Driver job description and understanding of driving duties.

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extend a warm welcome and greeting, offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests, and ensure community safety protocols are in place
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors and ensure minimal wait times
- Greet potential candidates interested in Sunrise careers and direct them to apply online or capture information into the Applicant Tracking System to launch recruitment
- Answer incoming telephone and resident calls promptly with appropriate greeting and identification
- Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate to intended recipients
- Offer community overview to callers and direct calls appropriately
- Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Send get well cards to residents in the hospital and order Memory Flower for residents who have passed away
- Send sympathy cards to families as needed
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents prior to move in
- Order guest meals for resident and family on move-in day
- Create and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support Director of Sales with inquiry calls and CRM lead tracking entry
- Keep desk and entry area neat and organized
- Monitor Bistro cleanliness, ensure refreshments and music availability, maintain popcorn machine and restock snacks
- Ensure front desk coverage during absence
- Partner with community team to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Practice safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguishers, SDS, and Lockout Tagout
- Maintain Resident and Team Member Rosters and schedules for emergencies
- Champion Safe Leaving Program and monitor high-risk elopement list
- Respond to emergencies as per policies
- Ensure all guests and residents sign in and out appropriately
- Update resident phone list and roster daily
- Prepare and tally meal tickets
- Collect and process meal ticket money
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Post daily menu on menu board
- Maintain resident form for miscellaneous credits
- Assist Business Office Coordinator with recruitment and administrative duties
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Track and disperse team member paychecks
- Participate actively as a team member
- Demonstrate Team Member Credo and Principles of Service
- Engage in team member engagement initiatives
- Attend meetings and maintain training compliance
- Perform other assigned duties.
