Job Requirements

- prior experience in customer service or related fields

Job Duties
- Promote the mission, services and image of TFF continuously to all stakeholders
- support the vision of the President/CEO through cooperative work with management and staff
- perform concierge duties including greeting guests and assisting with navigation and vehicle entrance/exit
- notify and coordinate visitors and appointments ensuring timely and appropriate communication
- answer telephone calls with a positive and helpful manner, directing calls efficiently
- maintain building appearance and public area cleanliness including restrooms
- receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail daily
- manage employee relations activities such as greeting applicants and coordinating interview communications
- assist with salon appointment scheduling for residents
- support planning and execution of special events like cook outs and staff appreciation events
- ensure phone coverage at all times by coordinating with front office colleagues
- foster a positive work culture supporting personal development and brand loyalty
