Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a hospitality customer service role preferred
- Valid drivers license for providing driver services as needed with company vehicles

Job Duties
- Respond to all calls received in a timely fashion
- Provide information, take messages, route calls to the appropriate party, and assist in placing calls when necessary
- Answer inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining an atmosphere of personal interest and positivity
- Respond to all emergency calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- Provide concierge services including proper routing of work orders, routing resident concerns to the appropriate department supervisor and documenting chargeable services
- Make reservations for the guest house and record appropriate charges for billing purposes
- Receive, catalog, and distribute packages
