Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- ability to read, write, and understand english
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time
- ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
- customer service experience in senior housing preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- customer service experience preferred especially in senior housing
- strong communication skills including reading, writing, and understanding english
- ability to work effectively with residents, family members, peers, and vendors
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform manual tasks
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts up to 50 pounds
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Job Duties
- serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors
- performing clerical tasks including managing correspondence and phone calls
- coordinating activities and events within the community
- managing resident requests promptly and courteously
- interacting professionally with residents, family members, employees, and vendors
- maintaining a welcoming and supportive presence in the community
- working under the direction of the Business Office Manager following community standards
