Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • ability to read, write, and understand english
  • ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
  • customer service experience in senior housing preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • customer service experience preferred especially in senior housing
  • strong communication skills including reading, writing, and understanding english
  • ability to work effectively with residents, family members, peers, and vendors
  • physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform manual tasks
  • ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts up to 50 pounds
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors
  • performing clerical tasks including managing correspondence and phone calls
  • coordinating activities and events within the community
  • managing resident requests promptly and courteously
  • interacting professionally with residents, family members, employees, and vendors
  • maintaining a welcoming and supportive presence in the community
  • working under the direction of the Business Office Manager following community standards
