Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar role
- Possess a service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate professionalism and a welcoming phone manner
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Able to perform physical activities such as climbing ladders, bending, and reaching
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- Must maintain required certifications relevant to the role

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, providing prompt assistance and resolving inquiries
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services, guiding members to club destinations and creating memorable experiences
- Inform members about club services, amenities, upcoming events, and locations
- Assist with member communications including social media, newsletters, and event announcements
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- Manage reservations and conduct follow-up calls to confirm plans
- Oversee dining reservation processes and ensure accurate booking details
- Promote and assist with event registration and follow-ups
- Contribute to member experience initiatives by updating calendars and managing communications
- Maintain accurate member records including preferences and special considerations
- Ensure a clean and inviting lobby and workstation with necessary supplies
- Adhere to company policies and support team efforts as needed
- Maintain professionalism and encourage safe work practices
- Participate in personal and professional growth activities
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to address challenges
- Attend daily briefings and contribute to team success
