Job Duties
- Answers and directs all incoming phone calls received at Concierge desk
- Professionally interacts with members and guests visiting the clubhouse
- Uses provided technology to create, make, and adjust event registrations and dining reservations
- Places to-go food orders
- Manages the Club Concierge desk responsibilities
- Directs members, guests, and vendors to the appropriate designated areas of the clubhouse
- Issues guest and houseguest passes following Club procedures
- Collects and confirms social event and Food & Beverage outlet reservations including date, time, dress code, total number in party, additional members, and communicates combined seating when necessary
- Adheres to Club reservation policies including no standing reservations, honoring reservation opening start date and times, maximum allowance of participants per seating, and table size restrictions without Food & Beverage management approval
- Communicates to management team via email all registration details count for social events and Food & Beverage dining outlets
- Reflects member requests such as dietary restrictions, table assignments, or time preferences in reservation comments and communicates them to Food & Beverage management
- Anticipates member needs and executes all member requests in a timely fashion
- Maintains professional and courteous approach with members and guests
