Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service
- Basic proficiency with computers and common office software
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain effective communication
- Willingness to comply with safety procedures and risk management policies
- Ability to work Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday evenings from 3pm to 7pm
- Successful completion of employment screening including drug test (excluding marijuana) and any mandated health evaluations including vaccinations as required by law
Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extending a warm welcome and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet prospective residents, families, or visitors promptly
- Greet potential career candidates and assist in the recruitment process by directing online applications or capturing information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming calls promptly with the correct community greeting and identification, taking and communicating detailed messages
- Manage appointments for residents and family members including hairdresser and transportation services
- Order flowers and meals for new residents and families on move-in day, and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and atmosphere in the front desk and Bistro area, including restocking refreshments and operating the popcorn machine
- Partner with community team for compliance with health and safety regulations and promote risk management programs
- Maintain resident, team member, and work schedule rosters for emergency situations and champion safety programs
- Perform administrative duties such as updating resident phone lists, preparing meal tickets, processing payments, distributing mail, monitoring office supplies, and assisting with recruitment data entry
- Participate actively in team engagement activities and training programs to support overall team success and community standards
