Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and company website
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services including FedEx and UPS
- resolves customer questions and concerns
