Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- complete assigned security schedule keeping integrity and security of the community
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served appropriately
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, notify residents
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist management with projects and assignments
